Castle Hill, Filleigh
Once again you will be greeted by Lord or Lady Arran (if available) who will welcome you to the magnificent estate. You will also learn about the history of the family, house and gardens with a slideshow presentation as well as a peek at one of the rooms in the house. A cold buffet lunch complete with a glass of wine will be available with our compliments.

Free Day
Today you can do your own thing. Relax in the hotel or take a stroll into the town centre, which today is holding it's local pannier market.
Wednesday
Buckland Abbey
Buckland was the home of Cistercian monks and later the seafaring adventures Grenville and Drake. Wander through the monastic Great Barn and newley created Elizabethan gardens to the Abbey itself, with its exhibition galleries, interactive displays, and costumes revealing the lives and stories of the people who changed the shape of the house and the fate of the country, leaving the mark on the world. On your way home, we take you to the market town of Tavistock.
Thursday
Coastal Tour
When you visit Devon you always have to take atrip to see some of our countryside and coastline, taking in the sights of Woody Bay, valley of the Roacks, Lynton, Lynmouth and of course Emxoor. Being on a coach, your views will be even better. A packed lunch is provided with our compliments.
Friday
After a hearty breakfast, make your way home travelling through the South Wests glorious countryside. It's the perfect chance to relax and reflect on your holiday with us.

Wednesday
Today you board a boat for a relaxing cruise along the river Exe. You will receive a full
commentary on the history, beauty and wildlife of the estuary in the heated covered
boat with toilet facilities and easy boarding.
Thursday
Leave the hotel to see some of our countryside and coastline, which looks magnificent at any time of the year. Your driver will point out areas and places of interest along the way, to give you a real flavour of what North Devon has to offer.
