- All cancellations will result in a charge of 33% of the total accommodation cost. This excludes Christmas and New Year. Details of the cancellation policy for this period are laid out in our Festive Programme.
- All paid deposits will not be refunded should you cancel.
- Once you have confirmed a reservation with us, should you wish to cancel any period of your stay, you will be liable for the 33% charge of the total accommodation cost for that period.
- Having arrived at the hotel, should you wish to cut short your stay, full accommodation charges will apply.
- We strongly recommend that you insure your holiday against cancellation. Brend Hotels offer a cancellation insurance scheme – please enquire for details.
- We have a 24hr cancellation policy, any cancellations after this will be charged in full.
- Any persons who do not cancel and do not turn up for their stay will be charged the full accommodation charge.
