Golfers Treat
An ideal treatment for ladies and gentlemen, pre or post a round of golf or any exercise. Begin with a relaxing or refreshing footbath depending upon your needs. Nail conditioning and skin exfoliating is followed by a deep foot and leg massage with essentials oils and application of a softening mask. Finally, an Aromatherapy Neck, Back and Shoulder Massage to soothe and loosen those tight and aching muscles.

St Tropez – The Original Instant Self Tan
Indulge yourself wit the safest, richest looking tan. St Tropez tanning lotion shows instantly upon the skin and takes a further 4 hours to develop and will last for a week to 10 days depending upon each individual. The treatment includes full body exfoliation, moisturisation and application of tan. Please be aware the appearance of the tan – until fully developed and showered off – is very noticeable. It is also advisable to wear some older loose clothing for this treatment and during development time.

the Dr.Hauschka treatment

You come in feeling stressed, tired, tight, mind rushing...

You are in a space that is quiet and still. This is your time. Relax and let your Esthetician look after you. The Treatment begins with a warm Sage foot bath during which you and your Esthetician discuss your skin and skin care routine. Once your feet are dried, you move to the couch where your feet and legs are massaged, followed by gentle stretching and relaxation movements to your neck, head and arms. Your face and décolleté are then cleansed with aromatic water, and after a facial steam bath, a cleansing mask is applied to deep cleanse your skin. Next, if you are still awake, feel the rhythmical movements of the lymph stimulation and décolleté massage. Day care is applied to complete this 2 hour journey.
