Should guests find it necessary to cancel or short cut their holiday for any reason at all after the booking has been confirmed, a charge of 66% of the appointed charge will be made unless the room can be re-let. At all times other than Christmas and New Year the Brend Hotels Cancellation Insurance Scheme is available and can be taken out at the time of making a reservation.
