The Saunton Sands Hotel operates the following procedure in the reserving / cancellation of all rooms.

A non refundable deposit of £100.00 (or cost of stay, whichever is the lesser) per room is required to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Charge |

Should you need to cancel your reservation, a charge of 33% of your total booking will be made. The deposit already paid will be deducted from this charge.

Cancellation Insurance |

We strongly recommend that all guests take out cancellation insurance as our policy will be applied in all cases.
