Tuesday 23rd December
6.00pm Children are entertained in the Terrace Lounge by ‘Mr Whacky’.
After Dinner Sit back and relax to some mellow sounds in our exquisite Terrace Lounge with our Resident DJ.

Wednesday 24th December – Christmas Eve
9.30am – 4.30pm Supervised Playroom.
11.00am Morning movie in the Saunton Suite for the over 8’s (unsupervised).
4.30pm To get the children into the spirit of Christmas, there is fun and games at their very own Children’s Fancy Dress Christmas Tea Party in the Terrace Lounge with ‘Spangles the Clown’ and the ‘Roger Lee Disco’.
7.00pm You are invited to join the management for our Champagne and Canape Reception to meet old friends and new, while listening to the mellow sounds of our Harpist ‘Elizabeth Jane Baldry’, in the Saunton Suite.
After Dinner Tonight in the Terrace Lounge we have musical entertainment with the Christmas Eve Special by ‘Brian Payne’.
During the latter part of the evening, mince pies and warming punch will be served to see in Christmas Day.

Thursday 25th December – Christmas Day

9.30am – 12noon Supervised Playroom.
12.30pm A superb Christmas Luncheon is being served for you to enjoy.
Please ensure that you have booked your dining time with the Restaurant Manager on arrival.
3.10pm On his way back to the North Pole, Father Christmas arrives specially for the children, laden with gifts for all. If you do have the room to spare, tea and Christmas cake will be available throughout the afternoon in the Lounge area.
After Dinner After a long day of excitement, relax to this evening’s Christmas Quiz Night with ‘Roger Lee’ in the Saunton Suite.

Friday 26th December – Boxing Day
11.00am Our annual Charity Walk along the beach. Anyone wishing to take part please meet on the front Terrace. For every room taking part, the hotel will donate £10.00.
After the morning’s events, we will be serving hot filled baguettes with a choice of freshly carved meats in the Terrace Lounge. This will be served instead of the Terrace Lounge Menu; however sandwiches will still be available.
5.00pm The Children’s Tea Party will be taking place in the Saunton Suite.
6.00pm ‘Captain Coconut’ entertains the children with his amazing bubble show in the Saunton Suite.
7.00pm Movie in the Saunton Suite for the over 8’s.
Boxing Day Gala Dinner – followed by Top Cabaret with David Copperfield and dancing with resident DJ ‘Roger Lee’. (Black Tie required).

Saturday 27th December
10.30am Morning movie in the Saunton Suite for the over 8’s (unsupervised).
1.30pm Places are available on a first come, first served basis to see the magical pantomime ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ at the Barnstaple Queens Theatre. Seats can be booked through Reception. Return coach journey supplied and all fully supervised.
3.00pm ‘John Willey’ Bingo in the Terrace Lounge.
6.00pm ‘Merlin’ entertains the children in the Saunton Suite.
7.00pm Movie in the Saunton Suite for the over 8’s (unsupervised).
After Dinner It’s Casino night in the Terrace Lounge.

Sunday 28th December
11.00am – 12.30pm Family Putting Competition. Please meet out on the Putting Green.
1.00pm The Putting Green is the venue for this afternoon’s Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting.
3.00pm Fun for all the family! Learn how to uni-cycle, tight rope walk and many more circus tricks with the all-new ‘Spangles the Clown Circus Workshop’ out on the Terrace Lawn.
6.00pm It’s time to impress all the mums and dads with the ‘Spangles and Co Circus Show’ in the Saunton Suite.
After Dinner We have great tunes mixed by the one and only ‘Jon Powell Road Show’ in the Saunton Suite.

Monday 29th December
11.00am Family Table Tennis Competition. Please meet on the Upper Concourse.
1.00– 3.00pm Complimentary Archery for all the family on the Terrace Lawn.
6.00pm ‘Crackerbox’ entertains the children in the Saunton Suite.
After Dinner Tonight in the Terrace Lounge we have fun with the fantastic tribute act ‘Michael Buble’.

Tuesday 30th December
11.00am – 12.30pm Family Putting Competition. Please meet out on the Putting Green.
1.30pm Places are available on a first come, first served basis to see the magical pantomime ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ at the Barnstaple Queens Theatre. Seats can be booked through Reception. Return coach journey supplied and all fully supervised.
6.00pm Children are entertained this evening by ‘TBC’.
7.00pm Movie night in the Saunton Suite for over 8’s (unsupervised).
After Dinner Enjoy a night of laughter with’ Jimmy Tamley’ followed by late night Karaoke in the Saunton Suite.

Wednesday 31st December – New Year’s Eve
4.30pm To get the children into the spirit of New Year’s Eve, there is fun and games at their very own Children’s Christmas Tea Party with ‘Captain Coconut’ and the ‘Roger Lee Disco’ in the Terrace Lounge.
7.00 – 10.30pm Children are enetertained in the Playroom (supervised).
7.00pm The management invite you to our Champagne Reception prior to the Gala Dinner being served in the Lower Foyer.
After Dinner To see in the New Year, we have musical entertainment with the ‘Gary Mitchell Band’ and ‘Roger Lee’ until the very early hours of 2009. Dress code is Black Tie.

Due to health and safety, the Hotel Management request that children under the age of 12 do not occupy the Bar and Lounge areas after 10.00pm. Thank you.

Thursday 1st January – New Year’s Day
11.00am Morning movie in the Saunton Suite for the over 8’s (unsupervised).
6.00pm ‘Spangles the Clown’ will entertain the children in the Saunton Suite.

Friday 2nd January
