We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar Restaurant or Hotel, and be competent running a section but also ready to learn about all the things that will help progress their career.

Apprentice Chefs
We have a rare opportunity to be able to offer 2 places for apprentice chefs within our kitchen. We have had very good experience in offering apprentice training over many years. Trainees have ac hived NVQ qualifications in conjunction with Cornwall collage and a wealth of hands on practical skills which have led to full time positions within the group. We are able to offer a a fully rounded training programme incorporating all aspects of food preparation from our formal dining restaurant to our taste brassiere, banqueting and weddings.
