- This busy Hotel requires the above to work alongside its existing team of chefs, working five days a week, split shifts.
- The successful applicant will ideally have experience in a similar establishment, and be highly motivated.
- A good salary is on offer depending on experience, with full uniform and meals whilst on duty.

- To assist Senior Chefs in running an efficient and profitable kitchen, preparing attractive, quality menus and food.
- To perform tasks and follow instruction given by head Chef or senior chef in charge.
- To ensure kitchen area, work surfaces and equipment is maintained in a good hygienic condition
- To maintain a good standard of personal hygiene and to wear uniform and P.P.E as supplied.
- Observe and comply with all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Fire Regulation legislation.
