- To clean all equipment, cutlery, crockery and utensils used in food service and food preparation areas.
- To clean all floors, walls, surfaces and machinery to company standard.
- To maintain a good standard of personal hygiene and to wear uniform and P.P.E as supplied.
- Observe and comply with all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Fire Regulation legislation.
