  • To assist all guests from check in through to departure in a professional and courteous manner ensuring all Company procedures are correctly adhered to.
  • To ensure accuracy of all administrative and monetary transactions.
  • Must be of smart appearance and have excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential.
