Our Head chef Kevin Mantle and his team of chefs have produced our menu to suit every taste. From fine dining in the Brasserie restaurant to the more traditional dishes in the Heanton bar, we produce food using some of the finest ingredients the West Country has to offer. From locally grown vegetables, to Devon meats and fish sourced from the west country coasts, our seasonal dishes are designed to offer something for everyone. All served by our talented team of Restaurant staff who are only to happy too help with any dietary requirements you may have.
