Please note that with the exception of single rooms, all of the above rates are based on two persons sharing a twin or double room. Single occupancy rates will apply to room categories.

Cancellations
Deposit
When making a booking online please note that the full amount will be taken at the time of booking. This is also stated in the terms and conditions in which you will need to read and agree to finalise the reservation.
Cancellation Charge
Should guests find it necessary to cancel or short cut their holiday for any reason at all after the booking has been confirmed, we cannot refund any payment already taken.
We strongly advise all our guests to take out a personal insurance to cover against cancellations. We do offer our own Brend Insurance please contact the hotel direct to take out this insurance. This must be completed within 48 hours of making the booking. Terms and conditions apply.
