Accommodation
Special reductions for guests are available, subject to date, number of rooms required and availability. The management will be happy to discuss your requirements.
Confirmation
Written confirmation is required for all bookings. Final numbers need to be confirmed sevin days prior to the event, with this number becoming the minimum charge.
Entertainment
We can arrange a choice of entertainment to suit every taste and budget, from a magician to a five piece band, a cabaret artiste or a disco. Please don't hesitate to contact us with your requirements.
Deposits/Payments
A non-refundable deposit of £1000.00 is required to secure your preferred date. Twelve weeks prior to the wedding, we will require a further 50% of costs which will form part of your non-refundable deposit. An account for the outstanding charges will be forwarded following the wedding reception. It is respectfully requested that all outstanding accounts be settled within one calendar month from the date of issue. Please note: All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, without exception. Should you cancel your wedding reception up to six weeks prior to the date, a 75% charge will apply (deposit + 25%). Should you cancel your wedding reception less than six weeks prior to the date, full charges will apply.
